The Gensler team expressed delight that MPA [our proposed] screening room, for instance, but we
was so open to a dramatic transformation of its offices, brought [MPA chairman and CEO] Charles Rivkin in,
event spaces, and base building. “Technology really gave him virtual reality goggles, and it was as if he was
helped us,” said Goldstein. “It would be hard to have in the theater. Within five minutes we got buy-in that
someone fully imagine what it would be like to be in might have taken a long time otherwise.”
